I think that music and music engineering is currently in a real bad situation. Actually, I’m starting to have doubts that music, as a category, will be existing 20 years from now.
The critics, aestheticians and educators are not alarmed about this bad situation, and are not doing anything about this.
This current situation is making me really mad, and this is why I decided to hold this symposium.
I hope that people will discuss about this matter around the world even after this symposium ends, and find a solution for this problem.
